“I cannot review the lid because I still have not received it. I received the wrong item and contacted customer service the same day. I spent a few days following up before being told the correct item was being sent. The problem is the shipping information was for the original package. I have followed up twice and it’s been a week since I was told they will look into it.
I don’t want to order from a company I need to babysit to get what I ordered. If you get your right order the products are great but if you don’t, it’s faster to just reorder and pay again then to expect them to fix their error.”
