“I really can't say anything about this, because I never laid eyes, hands or lips on it. The packing slip said it was shipped, but it wasn't in the package. I waited a few days, then, via the "Contact Us" form, asked it it was being shipped separately, and I have not heard a word. I'm disappointed in mis-shipment, but even more of the lack or support or even a canned response.”
