“Nice look, not useful. Sure you can bake a brownie in it. So what. You can't drink coffee out of it because it won't keep it warm! Won't keep cold drinks cold either. The website is a mess. When you order the glass, it doesn't suggest you order the straw with it. An amateur business.”
