I had a question because I miscounted business days and the customer service representative responded quickly and professionally. There was then an issue with me receiving the incorrect order. Again I reached out to customer service and they were awesome. They had my order remade and sent out quickly. They were professional during the whole process especially around this time of year where they are probably making a lot of things for presents.
