“I have ordered a lot of cups in the past. I ordered some of these for Mother’s Day gifts. I reported the misprint. I was told they would send another cup out. Never received the replacement. Mother’s Day is tomorrow. Now I have to go buy a gift for my mom now. This tells me Nicole does not follow up on any orders. Buyers and repeat buyers be aware of sloppy work and follow ups. I wish I could attach the pic to share of the quality.
