“This product: lets you be kind to the planet as it reduces paper/plastic waste, has a great hand-feel for you kinesthetic touchy-feely types (i.e. it doesn't slip and isn't too hot with coffee in it), offers affirmation of your silent extrovertness (i.e. your cool, early-adopter image), bounces both empty and full (i.e. it doesn't break when you drop it), reduces spill volume when dropped, tipped, pushed over, or bounced [go back a comma clause] when the lid is on (i.e. the lid does its job very well - stays on tight, doesn't drip upside down without a straw), is ashamed of dirt and grime (i.e. washes very well in the dishwasher, stream, or [gasp] public water fountain), and is an excellent value at this price point (i.e. inexpensive considering its versatility). Sure, it doesn't hold temperature like a vacuum sealed container (e.g. brand that rhymes with Ms. White's first name), but you can put it in the dishwasher for reals! Or microwave it for reals! And be honest, you drink your coffee all in one setting anyway so having it stay hot for > 4 hrs isn't a true measure of what you need. Look, buy these things. Not because you want to feel younger, or the company is so nice, or the colors are cool....buy it because the product does its job well and won't break.
