“Have previously purchased two stainless steel handrails without issue and the items were outstanding. Ordered with them again on the 3rd May and still no handrail despite being told a week ago that they would be sent. I know Covid 19 is causing some delays with delivery but I believe that they haven't even been dispatched ? Disappointing manner in which to treat a returning customer :(”
