“I am still waiting for someone to get back to us, regarding this handrail. The emails have definately been received because someone called Kelly emailed us back, but then nothing since! I would be grateful if someone could have the decency to at least respond and follow up our complaint, even if you say you haven’t received the photo’s!”

“Simply needed a new handrail. Found Simple Handrails and the selection was great and ordering was straight forward. My order came very quick even though I wasn't in a rush for it. Had an issue with a small part missing but I'm happy to be able to say the customer service was great and they sent the missing time out straight away.”

“Very good apart from the end caps don’t fit very tight over the plastic retainers so they can easily come off when you’re hand comes to the end of the rail.”
