“Whilst the customer service online was good, delivery was good, and the product was well packed, but sadly the brackets being premium doesn't correlate to photos shown online. One of the grub screws to attach the bracket to the rail was cracked and unlike the photos, which personally seem deceptive, the grub screws protrude severely from the bracket, not giving a nice finished aesthetic in contrary to the images displayed online, which potentially also makes this against trade descriptions act. Unless I have installed them incorrectly, however, there are zero instructions online and zero instructions provided with the product. The grub screws cannot be tightened to make them sit flush with the bracket surface. In the online photos NO grub screws are shown with the product, would be interesting to see it photographed installed, perhaps this is intentional to mislead the final finish, sure feels that way after installation!”
