“The handrail was dispatched promptly and arrived well packaged. Quality of materials is very good. To insert the brass end on the oak pole you need to find the centre of the oak rail exactly and it would have helpful to have that pre-marked as it was tricky to get it exactly centred. Instructions not supplied but were clearly available on the website. Very pleased overall and highly recommend.”
