“Purchasing was easy through the site and I was informed about the order throughout. An original timescale of 7 working days was set and the product arrived 7 working days later. Product is good quality and was easy to mount to the wall. I have aged parents and this is to assist them climbing external steps - so needed to be smart and sturdy. Am very impressed with the product and service”

“Excellent quality and looks great as an external handrail and very easy to put up with screws and fixings included. Just a quick note though - when it arrived the packaging was damaged and on one end the flat stopper was not in correctly. It was easily rectified with a gentle tap on the carpet, but felt lucky there wasn't more damage as we would have had to send it back.”
