“Excellent product. Easy to fit with all the necessary screws and wall plugs supplied. Looks very good , neat and sturdy. The only problem was their delivery company who caused me a lot of concern as the product was delivered to the wrong house in the wrong road and it was simply dumped outside this incorrect address whose occupants were away. After much searching I eventually tracked it down. What a shame as it is a very good product”

“Supplied relatively slowly and with fixing holes incorrectly aligned with brackets so awaiting replacement handrail as cannot be fitted as supplied, chased replacement handrails still waiting , poor communication so not happy . Thankfully order was only for £169 you might be better off looking at other companies to supply this product ?”

“Handrails are very nice, but cost to repair hallway floor is the same again!! Hallway oak flooring scratched when delivered !! Nobody available to discuss this with and nr nobody calls back !! Customer service at this time can make or break a reputation.. not happy.. jayde butler”

“The staff were really helpful as I wanted different brackets that came with the original rail which wasn't a problem and they got it delivered really quickly, oh and it's an excellent product.”
