“Excellent service. Speedy delivery. However, the tubular end of one of the two sections of handrail had been damaged and misshapen during delivery. We managed to re-shape the damaged component so that the two sections would slot together.”

“I had hoped that the rail would come as one piece as it would have been easier to install. The sleeve style connecting section is to short so it allows a slight 'kink' in the rail when assembled. Otherwise high quality piece of gear.”
