“Not the best experience, took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered, I asked for handrail to be cut down and kindly asked for offcut to be sent but did not receive it, some fixings were missing but these were sent within 3 days and the quality of the finish on the oak was not brilliant, ive had to sand a lot of it and it's still not brilliant, should of sent it back in hindsight but I can't be bothered with the hassle, looks ok but wouldn't recommend them personally”
