“Amazing product and good quality, it looks fab in my small hall way, having this oak handrail and the stainless caps has made the space a LOT better and I was glad I could order a full size 3.5m length which I did, but that you also have the option to have it in two smaller sections if you wanted, so great options to suit. Fantastic customer service as well when I needed them!! Cannot fault product and company. Would order again.”

“Unfortunately as I said in a previous email the handrail could not be checked within the 24/48 hours of delivery as my son would not be here to install it until Saturday.The handrail is very good except there are two chips in the wood.”

“I didn't want the flat ends but it was easy to change my order so that I could have angled ends on my handrail. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful, particularly in helping to ensure the rail would arrive in time for a visit from an elderly relative”
