“Looks like a good product. Haven' fitted it yet, as there was no installation instructions delivered with it. I called several times and the person was unable to answer my questions, only to guide me to a very brief instruction online. There was no information on regulations, how high of the steps it should be, etc. and how to align it , etc.”

“Handrail & supports are pretty good quality. I would suggest that a different way of fixing the end caps be found. Trying to accurately free hand drill the centre fixing for the end cap is so difficult. Cannot this be pre-drilled at least or have a cap that fits over the (turned down maybe) rail? Also screws supplied do not fill the counter sinks a d seem to be a size smaller than the hole in the support although it all worked well enough.”
