“The rail was needed quickly when my wife fell down concrete steps and was badly bruised. Delivery was in days but the protective packaging had been damaged in transit. the wood was marked but I guessed would clean up with sand paper. Not wanting the delay of rejecting and waiting for replacement I got on with it. 3.5 metres is a long heavy length to handle single handed but with ingenuity it was assembled oiled and up in days. Looks good and gives my wife confidence and security.”

“Unfortunately the first handrail we ordered was damaged in transit but Tammi was very helpful and got straight on the case and got us a replacement sent out right away. When the replacement did arrive we weren't disappointed it looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier, it really does finish the stairs off.”

“I have now purchased two rails and have been extremely pleased with the excellent service and the quality of the rails . Our professional carpenter and fitter really liked the rail quality but was disappointed with the quality of the screws which in his words were " too soft" and he supplied his own .”
