“This was easy to assemble as I printed instructions. My son marked it up, drilled and screwed brackets onto the wall. We raised the oak banister into place and screwed it to the brackets. We attached the steel dome ends. These were difficult to get straight. It looks lovely. I have now used my oak polish and lightly sanded the slight rough patches. I have polished it again with the oak treatment and it has become shiny and smooth. It looks beautiful! Thank you”

“quality oak rail could be varnished or oiled but looks fine as it is supplied. Couriers had caused damage to packaging and punctured holes into the oak rail, this was dealt with quickly by the staff to remedy the problem. Also the couriers had lost some of the fixings , these were replaced by 1st class post and arrived the next day!! great service!! I would use this company again.”
