“I ordered this product on 1st July and I still haven't got it delivered yet. Do you think it would be appropriate for Simple Handrails to give me a full refund and the product for free as a goodwill gesture for the poor service I have received?”

“Quality excellent, Very good finish with good fitting end pieces and brackets. I needed to e-mail customer services one evening and had a reply before 9.30 the next morning - unusual and much appreciated service with a direct, positive answer with the estimate for delivery of the rail the following day accurate.”
