“Have only given a 3 star rating because I was under the impression that I had bought a powder coated STAINLESS STEEL hand rail not a mild steel one that I have been asked to review. Indeed the company makes a big thing of the fact that their powder-coated handrails are also made of stainless steel. Confused now. Also is the company providing misleading information on their website? Naughty naughty if they are.”

“Product as described and appears to be of satisfactory quality. Well packaged. Order was delayed through an issue with delivery company. Once issue raised with supplier - very prompt response and apology and delivery took place the next day.”

“The powder coated mild steel hand rail we bought looks super on the wall beside our back door steps. It was straight forward to put up. However, my engineer son in law and I thought that the screws and plugs sent with it were too light so we fitted stronger bolts. A small point indeed, but we are delighted with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a handrail.”
