“Nice looking rail and easy to install. Very sturdy. However, I have noticed since installation, that the heavy end cap at the bottom of the rail slips away from the wooden pole and comes off easily. Not a tight fit on the plastic end piece provided. Perhaps I will have to glue it on.”

“Excellent product, well packaged and safely delivered on the predicted date. The only extra needed was glue to fix the stainless end caps onto the plastic centres once these were fitted to the ends of the handrail.”

“Not happy reason the end caps are not the correct ones. Have tried to telephone for the last 2 days without any luck just can’t get though to anyone?? Have sent an email await reply.”

“Fine but it would be so much easier to finish if you pre-drilled a centre hole at each end. Doesn't need to be deep - just a marker - but it would save a lot of time and frustration.”
