“All in all I'm very happy with the effect and quality of the handrail. Only downside is that the stainless endcaps are slightly oversized and so don't sit snuggly on the nylon stops which are fixed either end of the handrail. They had to be glued onto the stops in order to keep them in place. Despite this the product is good value for money and I'm very glad I bought it.”

“Really pleased with the oak handrail. Gave 3 coats of danish oil. One improvement could be how you attach the end caps. Very difficult to drill pilot hole in centre. I ended up gluing mine with 2 pac. Hold for 10 secs perfectly in centre. As a suggestion maybe the pilot hole could be pre-drilled”

“The only slightly negative comment, is that it would be handy to have a template to find the exact centre of the handrail ends to ensure the absolute centering of the ends. Otherwise they are really, really good. And look lovely.”

“Really nice wood. Looks good but the screws to fix the brackets broke very easily.”
