“the wooden rail is nice but the metal end pieces came without instruction/ template and were impossible to screw in evenly as the rail was not perfectly round. I don't know why they can't be fitted before despatch.”

“An excellent product that does exactly what it says on the tin. The order was slow in coming but worth the wait. One glitch was that six mounting brackets (for three rails) were missing, but there was an instant response to my email and they arrived within 24 hours.”
