“Not as well finished as expected with a less than perfect circular profile and feeling slightly rough. Over priced. Fitted and oiled anyway as job needed completing but wouldn’t recommend.”

“i ordered a pair of handrails. Delivery was a couple of weeks (it might have been faster but we had the snow storm which probably delayed things. Unfortunately only 1 handrail arrived but after a phone call to them the other was dispatched and arrived a few days later. Well wrapped and good quality brackets and end caps. Rails are straight with no warps or bows and nicely finished. A few people have mentioned difficulty in centering the end caps but careful measurement gets them looking even and smart. Very pleased overall.”

“Very well packaged and all parts included with the delivery. Really disappointed that the holes for the brackets and end caps are not pre-drilled (unlike the stainless steel handrail). Finding the centre of the handrail is extremely difficult and it is apparent once the end caps are fitted that the handrail is not perfectly round.”

“The product was shipped to me very quickly, with updates available for tracking delivery. The rail looks lovely now it's assembled, very sturdy and practical too. Just one comment - the packaging was soaking wet when it arrived, although the rail inside looked fairly dry, but After varnishing, the rail it has a rough feel to it.”
