“In place it looks great and is 100% functional. It came as requested cut to a specified length but confirmation of that actually happening never happened. Responses from the supplier came in fits and starts and this needs to improved but eventually did happen after a little prompting. No fitting instructions included but it really is not that difficult to work out and some rawl plugs would help. In all a very good product that looks classy and feels very strong, essential for any safety critical handrail.”
