“The only issue I had was with delivery, the product is fine and quite easy to fit. I was emailed to say that you had despatched the rail but then nothing else to say even what day it would be delivered. We are now used to receiving texts to say which time band on which day one could expect delivery. As it was, TNT just turned up on a Friday when we were out at a pre-arranged event. I rescheduled online for a new delivery for the following Tuesday but the van arrived on the Monday afternoon and the driver did not know about the new Tuesday date. It was not a problem but could cause you issues with some customers who have restricted availability.”

“I had been looking for something a little different and this was it, modern but with the oak rail still fits perfectly well in my old cottage! The rail is good solid oak and the brackets are also very good quality and just finish off the look perfectly. My stair has solid wall either side and I didn't want something that would stick out and make it look and feel narrow this is just the job. I'm very happy good product all round good service and delivery and great price! I would recommend and use again!”

“Every thing regarding the materials are really good, there was only one thing wrong which was the delivery. It was a good job I was in at the time of delivery, communication was very good at first but they forgot to let me know the actual day it was coming, but it looks great on the wall. I would give them 9.5 out of 10 overall. Thank you.”
