“The handrail & brackets were good quality. The design of the stainless steel joiner and 2 ends did not fit on rail very well. You would think the joiner would allow the wood rails to just slot in for a nice snug fit but instead the wood rail just meets the metal joiner which seems like a very poor design. The 2 ‘ends’ have screw interiors but don’t screw on, you have to glue them on, again poor design.”

“The Oak Handrail has complimented our Parquet Floor and it looks very good. My only criticism is the Plastic Inserts need to be longer. We had two 2 metre lengths and there was too much movement consequently they did not quite align up.”

“Excellent product looks fabulous . Only negative was the tracking notification I had an email to say goods are on their way with a tracking number but didn’t show a delivery for 5 days after and still had to phone to check when delivery was. Very friendly and helpful customer service tho’ to be fair.”
