“I've just had my handrail installed, and I like it. But I could only give 4* because the handrail is black, but I was sent a pack of stainless steel screws which spoiled the overall impact of the rail. I should have been sent a pack of black screws to blend in with the product, not steel screws which stand out and are disappointing.”
