“Good quality product good service. Putting on the brass end caps is tricky, you have to drill holes in the exact centre or the rail ends. Better if they were pre drilled”

“Good News Good quality wood. Well finished and smooth to the touch. Brass end caps good quality. Bad News Poor/incorrect guidance on fitting the rail to the wall. No centre marking on the ends of the rail for attaching the plastic end cap inner.”

“Great quality solid smooth oak. The antique brass fittings are equally high quality, solid and heavy. Very helpful customer service after a delivery delay due to the Christmas period but the rails arrived safely and were extremely well packed. I would definitely recommend this product.”

“Minor imperfection in the wood, but otherwise good components. No instructions and curious choice of screws provided. Also, wall plugs were extremely short for the provided screws.”

“I bought my first handrail a while ago to help be with mobility problems on the main stairs. It was so beautiful and so easy to put up I decided to buy three shorter ones for the turns on the staircase to help. The product is beautifully made and so solid. It just looks and feels good.”
