“Good quailty wooden rails, but brackets didn't come with enough screws so had to shop around and find mor eto get a match, and the metal ends weren't a perfect fit for the circumfernce of the poles. Not bad overall, but lack of quality finish in the details.”

“Beautifully finished product. Excellent quality. All fixtures and fittings included as promised so made fitting easy. If there is one area for improvement, it would be providing a guide mark at the centre point at each the end of the rail, to make fitting the brass end caps easier.”

“Saw SimpleHandrails.co.uk whilst browsing the net for a new stair handrail. So glad i did. Finally fitted today and it looks stunning on our staircase. The rail and brackets are first class quality and there was a short delay because the oak was not up to the companys standard which i fully understand. Would recommend this company highly hence the 5 stars.”
