“These 4 stars reflect customer service as much as te product. The original rail came much more slowly than we had anticipated and was slightly damaged. However, there was absolutely no problem with getting a replacement. Additionally when I asked whether the workshop could drill a couple of necessary holes to ensure that the brass 'ends' were centrally sited, this was arranged for us and the replacement arrived very promptly. the rail is a lovely piece of wood and the brass fittings good quality. I would recommend.”
