“Delivered promptly. Strong, solid and of good appearance. Took my time with the fitting and read all the user reviews beforehand. The plugs for the wall are 7mm and my drill bits were 6mm and 8mm. The 6mm bit worked fine. Recommended.”

“Quite disappointed with our purchase as the wooden rail was visibly bent/warped in 2 directions, but to give Simple Handrails credit we didn't report this to give them a chance to replace as we needed to finish the job quickly and didn't have time for the hassle. Also the brass end cap isn't a cap as it doesn't fit over the rail but rather has to be glued onto the end of the wooden rail as an extension to it.”
