“The product is good but the organisation behind it is a little hit and miss. Items didn't arrive when they said they would, not everything came with the order and on one occasion a bracket was dispatched that was incorrect and had to be re-ordered. All this delayed the project considerably. The sales staff were always pleasant and helpful but mistakes were made on more than one occasion”
