“Product looks good on, but there is a severe lack of information. 1) pictures on web site are completely wrong - in fact differing products have the same photo and they all look like they have been taken on an old mobile phone. 2) No instructions, they are on web site ( not easy to follow) , do not involve diagrams or explanations and you are floundering 3) Needs Allen keys - not included in pack 4) Lack of information meant it was really difficult to fit to a partition wall and is still a bit loose. Nice company, pleasant when you speak to people but they need to sharpen their act”
