“Having previously obtained oak handrail, supports and end caps, required 2 extra end caps. These arrived quickly but without the plastic cylindrical fittings. After contact with company, 2 fittings supplied, but only one screw (not that this was an issue). Simple Handrails products are good quality but sales organisation seems slightly lacking and courier info giving delivery forecast poor”
