“Chose this lovely handrail for my mother who has needed lots of persuasion to get a rail fitted in her house. She was convinced any rail would look awful. However, she's absolutely delighted with this one! The white oak is of beautiful quality and we have oiled it to match the darker handrail of Mum's Edwardian bannisters, so it looks and feels lovely! The stainless steel fittings are of high quality too so mum finds the entire look really pleasing. We're delighted that she has a really robust rail to keep her safe on the stairs. Super service too, we needed delivery in a short timeframe and the very friendly office manager Kelly and team organised it very quickly. Delighted with our purchase. Thank you!”

“My order arrived promptly and well packaged. My builder then took it away to stain and varnish so review delayed. He has come today telling me the end caps and joiner do NOT fit the rail! I shall be trying to contact you in week.”

“Bought two lengths to get the required length down the stairs. The grain on each length is entirely different. So much so that it looks like completely different wood. More pronounced now that it is waxed. Hence the 3. Love the simplicity of the design though. Didn’t send back as have waited 2 months for joiner and decorator and just made it before lockdown and being in our late seventies we can’t manage the stairs without a handrail.”
