“Very pleased with the service and quality. They look good. I had a few issues. The instructions And fitting advice was bit minimal, but I looked on YouTube. Some parts were a bit rough despite sanding down. No problem if you’re painting but it so much if varnishing. Delivery company were poor. Travelled few hundred miles in a few hours to the local depot 3 miles away. Sat there then for 3 days despite promises of delivery on the day I contacted them. (I couldn’t collect due to lockdown as it was a different county and Police were out.)”

“Just OK Delayed delivery & then received wrong product. Correct one sent eventually but be warned one part of pole is warped & instructions only available online not sent with rail. Looks just about OK once waxed but with hindsight would have bought a single length rather than split length rail...”

“Solid oak as described. One end is already splintering and the screws supplied as fittings were of poor quality and unable to screw into oak. Still waiting for rail to be assembled and am hopeful it will look good.”

“good Idea for jointing but I expected the 3.5 mtr. rail to be in one length and the diameter of the oak rail was slightly larger than the steel jointer causing a ridge as the hand is moving down the rail.”

“Came within the timeframe stated. Looks amazing. Haven't fitted it yet and would have liked a few more instructions on how to do this as I'm not a d i y type person but don't think it'll be too difficult.”
