“It’s a shame that the packing in a cardboard tube isn’t strong enough to take the weight of this rather elegant and well-made product. My first one arrived damaged at both ends where it had burst out. I was kindly sent a second one, but again, damaged at one end. All the cardboard tubes need is a little more reinforcement at the ends, so why don’t you do it? I decided to keep the second bannister, despite the damage. But actually, all I needed was new caps at each end! So I’d happily accept a new cap sent to me in a jiffy bag!”
