“The handrail itself is of good quality and well made , the brackets however are not so good, because it was a 3.5m length it came in two pieces as you said and you have to screw brackets onto rail first so the wall can be marked and bored .[ I was 3 screws and 2 plugs short by the way] After fixing handrail to the wall I noticed the top section was slightly loose on its brackets, so you have to unscrew rail from brackets to tighten with key but the screws provided are too soft to come back out again”
