“The string broke whilst re-tuning back up to 440hz on the third day. Just before being reaching 440hz, the string broke exactly at the end of the coloured peg winding. A quick online search found that this is a common problem with this particular string. I did enjoy the sound before it broke; it was a smooth and less bright sounding string compared to the Helicore which was previously on there.”
