“This is a great chinrest for anyone with a long neck! After my teacher pointed out than my head was in the wrong position due to my chinrest being too low I bought an SAS chinrest to try. It has improved the ergonomics of my instrument considerably and my technique has improved also. I now have two - one for each of my violins. The only downside is the clamp is a little unconventional and I'm not sure has quite enough protection for the violin so extra care must be taken when installing.”
