This energy saving LED G4 capsule is designed for use in household appliances and fixtures, such as cooker hoods and integrated cabinet lights. It is a much more efficient replacement for halogen G4 capsules that are traditionally used for the same purposes.The capsule emits a bright 220 lumens of cool white 4000K light. Its silicon body replicates the size and shape of halogen capsules, and its G4 fitting retrofits to existing light fixtures, making it simple to swap out your old bulbs. The 25,000 hour life of this LED capsule is far in excess of its halogen equivalents, offering a long lasting, reliable source of light that will not need replacing again for years.Please note that this product is not suitable for dimming and is for indoor use only.Please note that this light bulb will operate with most AC and DC 12V transformers. However, some 12V transformers may have a minimum required load which may not be met when installing low powered LEDs: these drivers may cause flickering or the LEDs not to function correctly. If this issue arises it may be necessary to source a suitable LED driver. Please refer to the manufacturers website for compatibility.
