“I acquired an Opsin from eBay. The seller said it was leftover from a tryout or something. It arrived in good shape and I am the happy owner of an Opsin. I will review that later. For now, I mounted the battery pouch on the back of my helmet and the way it is mounted on my helmut it is not very easy to remove so I figured that I would just leave it there on the back and buy another battery pouch. Alas, the battery pouch is not sold separately. It is sold with a new battery (so the desciption says) as well as the with the full pouch. At least the description said that. Unfortunately, when it got to me, the battery pouch was missing. I only received the MOLLE system bag. After complaining to Sionyx in email they promptly sent out the battery pouch to me. (Fedex had a delay in CT but that's not Sionyx's fault.) It came in a few days and what can I say? Both the MOLLE bag and battery pouch are the same one that came with the Opsin and is of very good quality. I now have a second battery pouch that I can keep with everything else Opsin when I'm not using it, as well as leaving one on my helmet. In addition, I have another cool black molle bag that I can use for whatever else I need. All in all, the price was right. If I could offer improvements I would say make these in other colors -- tan (FDE), OD green and at least one flavor of camo.”
