“I’m a sheriffs deputy in a very rural county, I can’t afford to buy a PVS-14 on my salary and stumbled across this product, although this is a camera I believe the quality of the night vision is very competitive with a PVS-14 (at least Gen 2 tubes) at a quarter of the cost. When taking into account you can also mount this to a helmet or rifle and record video, this has a very good place in my line of work. Very excited to see what this company brings in the future.”

“So I got the Aurora black and it seems durable. When I first got it I wasnt too impressed with the night vision quality at first for I have this mounted on my ar 15 for the pourpus of coyote hunting. But after spending 30 bucks on a cheap IR illuminator I can see clearly at 100 yards no problem. Now I can see my target and re view my hunts. Just wish the camera mount was just a little shorter in height profile”

“So far i love it. I had to send in to get illuminator offered as part of rebate whick was mildly annoying since that was what pushed me to pull trigger on purchase and making me jump through another hoop is not my idea of great marketing”

“Pretty good camera with night vision capability. I haven't tested it in the field yet, but I expect it will work fine in a relatively static role. There is a noticeable lag between the real world and the viewfinder image though so it might not be optimal to be used as a monocular at close ranges.”
