“I ordered this Nehru jacket as a last minute present for my husband on Christmas Eve. I received a notification that it would arrive on 27 December which it duly did. The jacket was beautifully made but my husband decided it didn’t suit him so I duly returned it. I received an email confirming receipt and my refund was put through promptly. All in all an impressive and courteous service.”
