I love the fact that they are truly designed for the non-twenty year old person. I found them easy to use and the exercises easy to do. They are also easy to remember so I can do them without the video. Look forward to using the chair exercises with my middle school students. Thank you!

The Gentle Yoga series is the best video yoga I have ever purchased. I've been using it every day for 2 weeks and I feel so much better. I feel as though all my joints are finally starting to heal. I've practiced yoga for over 20 years, but have never found a way to practice at home so I've only had the benefit of one practice per week. This is so much better. I highly recommend this for anyone.

I love this DVD. It is the best value for money of any activity I do ! I am a regular gym user and bike rider. I love how I can easily pick an area to work on for my session. The teacher is so pleasant, easy to watch and listen to. I have purchased a yoga DVD before but found I was really sore afterwards, I do not have good flexibility, YET. I have been experiencing extreme lower back stiffness for several months and the relief after one session on lower back was profound. I feel so much better, all over, in just one week. I was feeling quite down about aches and pains, (I have turned 60) but feel confident now that I will feel "normal" again. I'd love everyone over 60 to have these DVD's, I'm sure they would make a wonderful difference for everyone. I love the alternatives given to use for exercise, nothing fancy needed. Just a book for a block, or a towel or belt. Thank you. such a relief I found you.

At the beginning of 2018 I decided to begin learning yoga for the first time (at age 71). I began with a different CD program and paced myself much slower than recommended so that I could allow my body more time to adjust. I used this program for approximately three months and I never got past having soreness in my different muscles and parts of my body. After seeing the ad for Sixty and Me online, I researched it and decided that the price was right and the content of the program seemed to be formatted for those who are more of my age and stage of life. This practice has gentle and soothing movements that do not leave sore aching muscles, yet I can feel strengthening and stability in my whole body. I have been using this daily and will continue into the future. Thank you for this wonderful tool to energize and strengthen my body for my remaining years! Please let me know if you develop any additional programs for seniors like me.

I can't believe how much better I feel after just ten days of practicing the Gentle Yoga series. I am 63 years old, I work full time, have 5 young grandchildren that I love to play with. i also have scoliosis of the back which has been getting much worse in the last 5 years. I have tried physiotherapy, chiropractic treatments, deep muscle massage therapy, have been doing stretching exercises for 30 years, would have consented to back surgery if it was available, and none of these things gave me a fraction of the relief i get from doing gentle yoga. I am very surprised at how wonderful I feel and plan to keep this up for the rest of my life. Thank you so much, this is truly amazing! eva

I liked the video a lot, but pulled my hamstring and can not continue. I am very disappointed as I wanted to continue. Has this happened to anyone else. I am 69.

I love this series! I highly recommend it. I turned 60 last fall, and although I was in good health, I determined to make fitness a higher priority. One of the things I wanted to try was yoga. I had never done it before, so I checked three different "beginning" yoga DVDs out of the library, one of which said it was specifically designed for beginners over 60. I tried all three, and quickly learned that all three producers had lied! When I saw an ad for the Gentle Yoga series, and read the stellar reviews, I decided to take a chance, and ordered the set. Right after I placed my order I received online access to all of the sessions, so I started the next day. I immediately loved it! The focus is on strength and flexibility, and the teacher always gives options for different levels of ability. I feel I am making progress, and I can feel the difference in my body. I end every session feeling looser, and more relaxed. This really is yoga for beginners, but I don't feel like I will reach the limits of this series any time soon.

I just love these Yoga classes - at first thought it would be too easy (I have practiced Yoga over the years), but after a few practices it actually becomes much more challenging as my technique improves and I work deeper into the poses. After 4 weeks, I am definitely feeling stronger and more flexible, I usually just do one class, but have combined two if time permits. The individual sessions are a good length for daily practice. Beautifully filmed, and I love the delivery of the instructor. Like how the sessions are broken into different body areas, with an overall practice as well. I really LOVE the options of online practice, or DVD. It means I can practice using my tablet/laptop when away from home!! So glad I purchased these. A very well thought out and produced product - thank you. Sandra (New Zealand)
