very well done and presented video series ,,in a such a way as to make it both pleasant and fun to try and do yoga ,, never tried it before but it is well laid out and builds upon itself while helping old stiff people ( like me ) learn the basics and actually enjoy the whole process,, excellent quality video,, very good value for the cost ,, It makes the journey of learning a new routine fun and not over whelming like some exercise programs can be ,, over all excellent value and a wonderful new tool to bring back joint and body mobility and also learn some new techniques for breath control as well and a little meditation ,,, ,two thumbs up on this product ,, so thank you once again for a wonderful series

I am really enjoying this yoga series. I use the online version and it’s very convenient. I’ve tried other yoga at home and it’s generally too straining for me. I am in decent shape but as we age we need new strategies. This yoga series is just right for me.

I have just finished the complete set and I absolutely love it. The explanation, and demonstrations were excellent. I have invested in several yoga videos but this one if by far the best investment I have made and will continue to use the video and have recommended them to several of my friends. Thank you

These are wonderful dvds. Cat the Instructor is charming and sweet, and the movements are indeed gentle. I was worried about my ability to follow along because of my age, weight and history of being sedentary, but was pleased to be able to perform the postures with only some slight modifications. I felt better after the very first session.

I started the Gentle Yoga series about a month ago. I'll admit this is the longest I've consistently stuck to an in-home workout program. The Gentle Yoga series (I subsequently purchased the 'Flows', too) has really been a game-changer. After a layoff, caring for a sick husband and then losing him I completely got out of my routine, including fitness. I had been an avid tennis player (I'll get back to it, soon) and I had been generally active. I woke up one to find myself feeling stiff, like everything was just wound tight. I knew if I just jumped back into tennis I could hurt myself. After just one month working through the Gentle Yoga series and flow I am finding I feel so much better. My flexibility is definitely improving and so is my balance. What's surprised me the most is the whole-body workout I'm getting from doing yoga every day. Each day I 'feel' something, like my tummy or my legs, so I know they're getting worked. I highly recommend the Gentle Yoga series. It's great for beginners to get used to yoga, but it also takes you along as you progress.
