“What a wonderful set of programs for Seniors, beginners and everyone. I especially love the Bali setting. Instructor is on-point and very clear with instructions. I am White Lotus certified to teach yoga and have taught for 8 years. I have been practicing yoga for 25 years. Of the yoga dvds I have used this ranks high...entire body program. The price is fine.”

“Yesterday was the first day I attempted to do the first yoga session. It was a good workout for me ar 770 years of age. I am very happy with myself for giving this a try. It will help me not only physically but will help me center myself emotionally. I feel this is a very good value for the money. Can’t wait for today’s session.”

“The Gentle Yoga series is the best I have ever had the opportunity to experience! Cat is an excellent teacher and lucky for us she has dedicated her life to the teaching of yoga. She is down to earth, she is truly gentle in her approach and she encourages us to let go of the idea of perfection in order to enter into, listen to, and enjoy our incredible bodies. I loved yoga when I was in my twenties, and am thrilled to see that I enjoy it now even more. I whole-heartedly endorse the series for all ages. “I thought your videos very good. I had been doing chair yoga for several months at a wellness center. I am currently not able to attend these sessions, but your videos are easy to follow. I especially appreciate the explanations given with each exercise. The only thing I miss is having someone there to correct the slight differences that might be needed in positioning the body. But then we can't have everything. Your program had been recommended by one of the other participants in our group.”

“I love the Gentle Yoga series. Cat is a wonderful yoga instructor. She goes slowly and makes it so easy to do the poses by suggesting alternate ways to accommodate any issues the student may have. I am so glad I purchased the series so that I can do my practice in the comfort of my home and at my own pace. Thanks Margaret and Cat!”

“Love the ability to learn yoga in the comfort of my home. The teacher makes you feel comfortable, even knowing you can't do the moves as deeply as she can. She encourages you to just do your best and it will make a difference. It does just that, I have felt improvement in my joints after only a few sessions. Looking forward to moving past the first session and gaining the flexibility I am striving for. Reasonable cost for the information and instruction provided. I have tried a few of the free yoga apps and found "you get what you pay for" is so true. This is so much better! I am 61, overweight, I do walk a mile a day or more, but that is the extent of my exercise routine until I found this program. I'm glad I invested in myself!”

“I bought this DVD because I was looking for one that my husband and I could do together. He recently retired and he is not very flexible so I wanted one that was not going to frustrate him. This DVD was an excellent choice and very good for a beginner. We have been doing this for quite a while now and when we miss a day or two we can feel it. There is definitely benefits from doing this on a regular basis, thanks for this wonderful series nice to be able to do this together.”
