I looked around on the web quite a bit before finding Sixty & Me Gentle Yoga. I am 71 with arthritis in my wrists. Sixty & Me videos avoid stressing "senior" joints. Each video focuses on a specific system (joints, shoulders & neck, etc.) and the teacher's explanations are very clear. She always offers ways to make the pose suitable for people who are less flexible than others, without judgement. My husband and I are both doing yoga with these videos, every other day. I think this is a regimen we will be able to maintain long-term.

I have done many years of yoga in the past, but about 4-5 years ago, I started having a lot of pain when I tried to get back into it. My wrists hurt, I felt like I had no strength, etc. The videos were very helpful to help get me back into practice without hurting myself. I've been through all the videos 2-3 times, and now I am looking for more to keep me interested. I felt like $40 was a bit too much for the videos, unless you were starting yoga as a first timer. I am glad that I got them and Cat does a very good job!

I love these short, slow yoga sessions each dealing with a different part of the body. Many videos I've found don't take the time to get into position, and then get out of it too quickly. They're wonderful to do before going to bed because they're very relaxing. The instructor really knows her stuff, (I am a certified yoga instructor, 200 hour) and I enjoy her personality. She is very thoughtful and I trust her. All in all, I recommend this series for 60 plus people highly. I have only one complaint: the music that plays in the background in every video is VERY repetitious. It engraved itself into my brain and by the end of four or five of the videos, (which I did each night consecutively) I had to take a break from it. However, I look forward to returning to visit the instructor and Bali again.

I am so glad that I purchased this Gentle Yoga series through 60 and Me! I love it! The way each segment focuses on a different part of the body is unique to all the series I have used. The segment for joint flexibility is one that I plan to use every day. Cat is an excellent teacher and Bali is a beautiful place to practice. It is so convenient to be able to use the DVD's in my blue-ray player but also to be able to access the series online. Thank you for this option! I am 69 years old (about to leave the 60 and Me decade), I've purchased four different gentle yoga series dvd's over the past 10 years. This one is by far the best one for the money and for every other reason too. I hope to be using this series when I'm 79 years old! Thanks for this opportunity to share my opinion

I have not had a chance to watch/participate in all of the videos, yet, but the first few, are just what I was looking for in a yoga program for someone who is 60+!! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to start an exercise program, who has not done yoga before.

I am in my early seventies, and go to the gym 5 days a week. I have taken yoga at a studio for awhile, but it got expensive, and when I got the email about this program I decided to try. Great Decision!!! I love it!!! It is so easy to follow, and I trying to do one of the programs each day. I have told many of my friends about it, and most a lot younger then me. Thank you

Couldn't love this series more. I practiced yoga in the past and stopped 10 years ago. I just turned 60 last month. I was so stiff and sore all the time. These videos are fabulous. I couldn't be happier. I look forward to practicing each day. I've already seen improvement in my flexibility.
