Hello! Thank you so much your beautiful work with Cat in Bali. These videos have really changed my life. I suffer with arthritis and fibromyalgia. I need to loose twenty-five pounds to have a knee replacement. I do most of the practice sitting and it still has helped my joints stiffness. I love the breathing techniques Cat teaches. I would recommend this to everyone! I’m getting more in touch with myself each day! With warm regards!

We just received the dvds a few days ago, so we haven't had a lot of time to work with them. We started with chair yoga because my husband is in a wheelchair. I really appreciate how patient she is, how the exercises are paced, and her understanding that we are not all gym rats in excellent condition. Her ability to work with people in our age and condition is truly commendable. I'm looking forward to having time to try the other dvd as well. So far I'm really pleased. I've never tried any other similar products, so I can't compare. We are in our 70s and have (some) severe physical limitations. Yet we are able to benefit from her teaching. Thanks for doing this.

Love the videos IF I can play them. I have satellite internet, it is good enough to stream movies and you tube videos all day but I can't get these video to stream. Day 2 took over an hour and a half to get through with all the buffering! No matter how long I allow them to preload they don't. I've given it 20 minutes of loading in the middle of a practice and it streams for 3 minutes and starts buffering again. I cannot figure out how to download to be able to go through one practice from beginning to end in one stream, Any help with that would be great. I know you want to know about quality, well this is a quality issue for me. If I cannot do the practice as a practice what's the point? I still do the practices as I can because there's good, quality teaching there, but what a hassle!

Great videos -- I am streaming them online not via DVD. I've done a couple so far -- looking forward to the next ones. I love the instructor. She's just great. Also love that I can DO them without pain or stiffness. Very enjoyable!

I love this series - I can do a focused session for whatever body area needs help that day or the full flow. This is gentle and she goes just slowly enough that I can keep up and do not feel rushed. Instructions are clear but not so chatty that you can't think about what you are doing. I do a segment every single day shortly after arising to warm up and work out the kinks. I am nearly 6' tall and not flexible in the least so I never thought I could do yoga but Cat shows how to modify for whatever your needs may be. Really excellent series.

I found this to be very helpful. I have low back disc issues and arthritis pain and these yoga exercises have helped me a lot. I've even posted this on Facebook to my friends and recommended it to all.

Just a little about me first and how stiff and out of shape, I am! I'd been considering taking up yoga and had resorted to using popular YouTube channels to try and start doing something positive for my health. Unfortunately, I found the actual sitting on the mat painful and the positions trying. So what I am saying is, even sitting on the mat cross-legged was painful. I really, honestly couldn't see what other people were talking about when they said yoga was great! I told my dear husband that clearly this yoga thing was not working for me. One night I landed on my face and couldn't move. It was horrible. I saw the gentle yoga on the 60andMe Youtube channel and wanted this set immediately, but being a thinker I decided to keep trying the free YouTube videos. Not succeeding at what appeared to be simple enough moves, I started getting a very negative self-concept, thinking I must be the unhealthiest person on earth! Finally, I tried this set and I am bowled over. First of all the set works on different body parts or systems so you actually know why you are doing the actual practice in the first place. You are given time to get into each position and it is a gradual thing, of which I might mention, you find easy even if you have a challenge like me for example, which was the pain. The music is lovely and now my husband has joined me as he loves the set too! If you do nothing in life regards exercise and caring for yourself, I'd highly recommend this as a starter into a better body and also feeling good about yourself. Which is very important of course, especially as one grows older or more mature. I know if I keep this up I will be more flexible and my body will thank me, I've had some lower back pain for years, after doing the practice for lower back etc., the pain vanished and never came back. This does not compare to other yoga practices I've tried simply because as I mentioned earlier I simply couldn't do them! This is something I do for me and I love it. To my mind, the money was well spent as it was priceless. I watch it on the TV as I have a big screen and it feels like Cat is in the room with me, or more importantly I am in Bali with Cat! which sure beats rainy days in the UK! What is not to like! I do this by placing the URL into my search engine on my Amazon prime and it works. Don't hesitate if you are interested in limbering up and stretching out and gosh we need to do that at any age never mind over 40 plus. Excellent journey and one I hope to do forever.
